‘You give away time free of charge-time that you may pay anything on your deathbed to stay alive a little longer’. Neenan and Dryden
Coaching can save you that invaluable commodity called time.

Maybe there are times when no matter how hard you work the next promotion and recognition always goes for your colleagues instead; maybe your relationship with your leader is always poor no matter how many jobs and organizations you change, you may feel burnout and stressed even when you take time off, you tend to answer your work emails and calls before going to bed and the first thing you check when you weak up; you fear letting go of tasks because none can do them as well as you do, you overcommit to events and helping others at the expense of your own work life balance; as a parent you never let go of the guilt of working or staying at home with your children; you procrastinate from the fear that it is not perfect and others tend to launch the ideas you have brewed on for a long time ahead of you. With the digital age keeping us in an accelerated mode and constant comparison with an ideal world that everyone tries to portray, our sense of selves tends to suffer a lot more than our ancestors ever did.
Many years ago I was in some of those situations and did not know that it was all in my power to change with the right enabling.
Coaching is uncomfortable and coaching is hard work but there is no price for the time you save, time that otherwise you may never retrieve. Why live like that when you can free yourself?

Please send me a message and we can have a free session to discover how and if we can work together to support and enable you on improving your personal and professional life.
