Your Coach

Coaching can save you invaluable time and coaching can save you money.

My coaching career started more than 20 years ago when I climbed through the ranks in the aviation industry into a leadership development role. My formal coaching education, above the internal coaching training in my organisation, was in 2016 in Ashridge Executive Education and several years later followed by an Advanced Practitioner Diploma with AoEC.

The reason I chose to do an accreditation and gain a deep understanding of psychological frameworks of coaching, was because of my own struggles and corporate experience with organisational injustice, intricate power and politics of a large organisation, toxic leadership and my own role played in it with reinforced unconscious past scripts of my own personal and professional life experiences. This is what happens to most of us. Coaching freed and enabled me to support others to save that time spent on blocked energy and invest that newfound excitement and energy into their work and personal life and truly grow, walking on their life path ‘awake’ rather than that slumber of the modern digital era life that most people find themselves in.

I enable your change and growth; My coaching approach is integrationist and includes Gestalt, Cognitive Psychology, Psychodynamic, Transactional Analysis, Solution Focused and Neuroscience. I work according to the approach that you chose and prefer.

Coaching is about powerful questions that will help insight and bring the past into the present and energise the future. I am experienced in leadership, performance management, burnout and stress, training, assessment, and research with a constant thirst for the latest knowledge and research which I share with my clients.

I travelled all over the continents and I worked with 190 nationalities.

My coaching clients range from a wide range of industries and professions such as law, aviation, sales, education, recruitment, finance and entrepreneurs.

Chemistry Session

At the outset of our relationship, we have a chemistry session which ranges from 1 to 2 hrs to build a bond and understand whether we are a fit for each other. This ideally takes place face to face but can be on zoom too.

During this session we go over context, goals, broader learning objectives and the administrative coaching contract which includes amongst others, the Code of Ethics, Data Protection and Confidentiality. What is most important however it is our coaching relationship and how we relate with each other.

The number of sessions can vary according to your needs. The sessions take 90 min and can range from once a week to 3 to 6 weeks apart to allow the client to reflect, stay consciously aware and transfer the learning into the personal and workplace. Depending on the package chosen, I can be alongside the client the whole way.
